§ A128-2. Fee schedule established.

    The following fee schedule is hereby adopted.
    (1) 
    Building permits: $60, plus $3 per thousand of construction over $2,000.

    Zoning permits: $60, plus $3 per thousand of construction over $2,000

    (3) 
    Demolition permits: $75.

    Inspection fees: 15% above inspection agency.
    (5) 
    Tool / tent sales: $150.

    (6) 
    Business occupancy permit: $50.
    (7) 
    Land development: $175, plus engineering fees.

    Subdivision: $75 per lot.

    Major subdivision: $300 first lot; $25 for each additional lot; plus engineers' cost.

    Any two activities: $300.
    (c)
