§ 107-2. Grant of power.

Act 247 of 1968 (as amended), the "Pennsylvania Municipalities Planning Code," grants the governing body of each municipality within the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania the power to regulate subdivisions and land development by enacting a subdivision and land development ordinance. The proper enactment procedures require that a certified copy of this chapter must be filed with the Clearfield County Planning Commission within 30 days of adoption.
